Located just 150 metres from the beach in the resort of Roquetas de Mar, Apartamentos Maracay feature outdoor pools for adults and children. There is a free Wi-Fi area.
The functional apartments feature simple décor and include a terrace. The living room comes with a double sofa bed and there is a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine.
Maracay Apartments share a garden area with a children’s playground. Guests can also relax in the communal lounge or on the sun terrace surrounding the pools.

A deposit of 100 euros PER APARTMENT must be paid upon arrival to cover possible damages and as a guarantee of compliance with the internal regulations. Payment must be made by credit card. The deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days after check-out through the same method, once it has been verified that the accommodation is in perfect condition and in the same state as it was delivered.
The stay in the Apartments includes cleaning and 2 changes of towels (7 nights). For stays of 4-6 nights, includes 1 change of towels.
This property accepts pets upon request.
Starting in 2027, only dogs up to 10 kg are allowed. This service carries a supplement of 10 euros per night and per dog. Cats are not permitted. Guests must consult directly with the property.
All apartments are NON-SMOKING. If the cleaning staff detects the smell of tobacco, hookah, or other similar substances, the 100-euro deposit will not be refunded. Failure to take out the rubbish on the day of departure will also reduce the deposit refund by 10 euros.When booking half board, please note that drinks are not included.
