NOISE AND NEIGHBORHOOD
1. Guests are fully responsible for the safety of children and for avoiding any disturbance to neighbors.
2. Noise must be kept to a minimum, especially between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., and when arriving or leaving the property.
3. Excessive noise at any time is strictly prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.

USE OF THE PROPERTY

3. Bathroom towels may not be taken outside the property (e.g., for the beach).
CHECK-OUT

2. Ensure the main door is securely locked upon departure.
3. Check thattaps, appliances, windows, and lights are properly turned off.
4. Please take care of the apartment, furniture, and linens as if they were your own. Do not use bath towels to remove makeup.
5. Removegarbage from the kitchen and bathroom before leaving.
6. Wash used dishes, glasses, and utensils. Leaving dirty dishes is not allowed.
COMPLIANCE
1. Failure to comply with these rules will be considered a breach of the rental contract.
2. The owner reserves the right to terminate the stay if guests do not comply with the rules or cause inconvenience to neighbors or the community.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
