The keys to the apartment will be handed over directly in our offices at Calle San Marcos 9, between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. If you arrive after 7:00 p.m., remember to call at least 30 minutes in advance to make sure that someone is available to receive you directly at the apartment for the key delivery.
IMPORTANT: Check-in from 21:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. carries a supplement of EUR 70 to be paid in cash.
This accommodation does not allow stag or hen parties or other types of parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. This will be charged by the property 7 days prior to arrival. It will be done by credit card. It will be returned to you 7 days after check-out. The deposit will be returned in full by credit card once the accommodation has been reviewed.

Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the General Directorate of Municipal Traffic (DGT).
