Visitor Policy and Maximum Occupancy:
-The reservation price covers only the guests listed on the reservation; visits from unregistered guests must be notified and authorized in advance. They are allowed to stay only during the day (they cannot stay overnight). An additional fee of $45personday and $30child up to 12 years oldday will apply. The maximum total occupancy of the property (registered guests plus visitors) cannot exceed 20 people. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without the right to a refund, in accordance with the accommodations usage and safety regulations.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
