The registration form must be sent to the authorities within 24 hours of the arrival or departure of the guests. And also, the travel registrations must be registered by the host in a travel register book, which can be in physical or digital format, with a minimum of 100 pages and a maximum of 500 pages.

In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of those hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the day of departure, no trash should be left on the property. Guests are required to removewaste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be charged.
